You choose a service so we hold the right length of time, and if you are not sure which one, pick the closest — the clinician confirms it with you on the phone before anything is agreed. The box for anything we should know is optional, and leaving it empty is a normal answer. Nothing we send you afterwards names a procedure or a condition.

Yes, and without ringing anybody. Your confirmation carries a link to your own appointment page, where you can choose another time or cancel. There is no charge for changing it.

A consultation with Jas is included in the price of any treatment — there is no separate fee. Three things are consultations in their own right rather than a step before a procedure: a skin lesion looked at without committing to treatment is ₱1,000, credited back against the procedure if you book it the same day; an online urology consultation with Dr. Suller is ₱2,000; and a specialist consultation in internal medicine and pulmonology is ₱2,200. The specialist keeps no clinic calendar, so that one is arranged by request rather than booked from this page — ask for it and you are offered two times.
