Question 1

Is this a confirmed booking?

Accepted Answer

No — it is a request. We reply on your chosen channel to agree a time before anything is fixed, usually the same day and always within one working day.

Question 2

Do I have to say what it is about?

Accepted Answer

No. The concern field is optional and "prefer not to say for now" is a normal answer. Nothing we send you afterwards names a procedure or a condition.

Question 3

Why do you ask for two preferred times?

Accepted Answer

One is usually enough, but a second saves a round of messages when the first is already taken. We confirm whichever is free.

Question 4

What does a consultation cost?

Accepted Answer

A consultation with Jas is included in the price of any treatment — there is no separate fee. An online urology consultation with Dr. Suller is ₱2,000.

Question 5

Who sees my enquiry?

Accepted Answer

Only the clinic. Enquiries are held confidentially under the Data Privacy Act, and we never contact partners, family or employers.

Question 6

Can I work out what is going on before I book?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The 3-minute self-check scores erectile function and ejaculation control using the IIEF-5 and PEDT, on your phone, with no account and no name. You see the result immediately, and nothing reaches the clinic unless you press send.
