Before you start

Minimums: ten people for a clinic-based programme, twenty for a vaccination day at your office. Flu timing: February to May is the useful window — protection takes about two weeks and the season runs June to November. The prices and how it runs are published here, so this form is about your programme rather than about getting a number out of us.
