What the assessment actually measures

The assessment combines three validated, internationally used clinical screening tools — the same instruments a sexual-medicine clinician would use in person — into a brief multiple-choice format.

IIEF-5 (Sexual Health Inventory for Men)

A 5-question instrument for erectile dysfunction screening. Scores range from 5 to 25; lower scores indicate more severe ED. Used in clinical trials and clinics across more than 100 countries. Full definition

PEDT (Premature Ejaculation Diagnostic Tool)

A 5-question instrument validated for screening premature ejaculation. Scores range from 0 to 20: ≤8 indicates no PE, 9–10 probable PE, ≥11 clinical PE. Full definition

IELT (Intravaginal Ejaculation Latency Time) estimate

A single-question estimate of typical time to ejaculation. Population median is 5.4 minutes (Waldinger et al., 2005). Full definition · Read more on the data

Who should take it

Common questions

Is the assessment really free?
Yes. No payment, no card, no account creation, no upsell. We pay for the instrument licensing and the report generation as part of how we want this clinic to operate.
Is it a diagnosis?
No. It is a screening tool — it tells you whether a clinical consultation is likely to be useful and gives you and a clinician a starting point. Any treatment recommendations require an in-person evaluation.
Can I share the PDF with my partner?
Yes. The PDF is yours. The wording is designed to be appropriate to share with a partner if you choose. If you took the assessment in "for partner" mode, the report is framed for that context.
What if my score suggests a problem?
The PDF includes a brief, evidence-based "what to consider next" section based on your score. If you'd like to book a consultation, our team responds the same business day through any channel — but there is no pressure or auto-follow-up.
Will I get spam after taking it?
No. We send the PDF, and that is the only message we send unless you reply asking for one. We do not enrol you in any marketing list.
How is this different from web quizzes I've seen?
Most online "sexual health quizzes" are marketing tools using non-validated questions. The IIEF-5 and PEDT are peer-reviewed, internationally validated clinical instruments — the same questions a sexual-medicine clinician would ask you in person.
