IIEF-5 (Sexual Health Inventory for Men)
A 5-question instrument for erectile dysfunction screening. Scores range from 5 to 25; lower scores indicate more severe ED. Used in clinical trials and clinics across more than 100 countries. Full definition

Who should take it
The assessment is designed for adults 18+ who are concerned about — or curious about — their sexual function, ejaculation control, or sexual confidence. Common situations:
- You've noticed a change over the past months and want to understand whether it crosses a clinical threshold.
- You're considering a consultation but would prefer to have a structured starting point already in hand.
- You're a partner taking it to bring a quietly held concern into the open, or to support a partner who finds it hard to start the conversation.
- You've heard about IIEF-5 or PEDT and want to see your own score before a clinic visit.
How privacy works
This is a sensitive-care clinic. We've designed the assessment so that you can use it without ever needing to trust us with more data than necessary:
- The PDF is generated on your device. Your answers are processed in your browser, and the report is rendered client-side before being sent.
- We do not require an account. You give us an email address only if you want to receive the PDF; otherwise you can download it directly.
- No third-party marketing. Your data is not shared with any third party for marketing purposes, ever.
