1. About us

Hummingbirds for Homme is a private medical clinic operated under the regulations of the Philippine Department of Health, the Professional Regulation Commission, and the Bureau of Health Facilities and Services. Our address is Unit 204, 1409 P. Ocampo Ext., Brgy. San Antonio, Makati City, Metro Manila.

2. Website content is educational, not medical advice

All blog articles, service descriptions, self-assessments, and other content on this website are provided for general educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or a doctor–patient relationship. Always consult with a licensed clinician for guidance specific to your situation. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

3. Online self-assessments

Our online self-assessments (including the Sexual Wellness Assessment) use established clinical screening instruments. They are screening tools, not diagnostic tools. Results indicate whether a clinical consultation is likely to be helpful but cannot replace one. By using these assessments you understand that any treatment recommendations require an in-person evaluation.

4. Booking, appointments, and cancellation

• All visits are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins.
• Confirmation: bookings made through our website, WhatsApp, Viber, phone, Instagram, or Facebook are confirmed once a member of our team replies with a date, time, and clinician.
• Rescheduling: you may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty.
• No-show: if you fail to attend without notice, a no-show fee equivalent to the standard consultation rate may apply to future bookings.
• Late arrival: arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, in fairness to other patients.

5. Payment

Consultation and treatment fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and major bank transfers; specific digital payment options will be confirmed at the time of booking. Pricing on this website is the current standard rate and may change with at least 14 days' notice posted on the website.

6. Refunds

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered. For multi-session treatment courses (for example, shockwave therapy), unused sessions in a pre-paid course may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, less any administrative fee, at the clinic's reasonable discretion. Treatment outcomes vary by individual; we do not refund based on outcome dissatisfaction, but we always discuss honest expectations before starting any course.

7. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through any form on this site.
• Use any automated system, scraper, or bot to access, copy, or harvest content.
• Attempt to bypass any technical security measure or access unauthorized parts of the site.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit content without prior written permission.

8. Intellectual property

All website content — text, design, photography, illustrations, the Hummingbirds for Homme logo and brand marks — is the property of Hummingbirds for Homme unless otherwise credited. You may share short excerpts with a clear link back to the original page. You may not reproduce full articles or commercial reproductions without written permission.

Your personal and health information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice and the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). Sensitive clinical information is governed additionally by our Patient Confidentiality statement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Hummingbirds for Homme is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our self-assessments. This limitation does not apply to liability for personal injury caused by clinical negligence, which remains governed by professional medical standards and applicable law.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Makati City.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
